U.L. Certification: Our U.L. certification means that our Central Station has met the highest standards in quality control, staffing, computer and software applications, back up power applications, and building structure applications, as set forth by Underwriter's Laboratories and the insurance industry. While most system applications do not require alarm companies to be U.L. certified, some applications such as commercial fire alarms, banks, and warehouses with high-dollar inventory, do require this. Even though your system may not require a U.L. certified company, you enjoy the added protection and redundancy without the added cost that a bank, commercial fire system, etc., must have.

Cellular Backup : The most vital link between your system and our central monitoring center is the existence of a telephone line. If the telephone lines are cut or disabled, our Central Station will not be notified, and therefore, no dispatch shall occur in the event of an alarm. Cellular back-up protects you against the tampering of your telephone lines. The alarm signal will be transmitted through our cellular network and processed at our Central Station for emergency response in the event your telephone lines have been compromised. The cellular backup systems are optional and can be incorporated into both your new or existing alarm system.

Cellular Monitoring: In today's market, some of you may have chosen not to have a land-based telephone line at your home, or you may have chosen to use the voice-over IP telephone feature. Cellular monitoring can be incorporated into your security system, allowing communication to our Central Station in those applications where a land-based line is not available or if you are using voice-over IP.
